To attain this goal, I developed a strategy based on research into the original situation and outlined actionable steps and timelines to realize the desired growth in UX maturity. To this end, I used a custom maturity model which has delivered double-digit growth.
As a design lead, I worked with my team to develop a holistic vision to work toward in a systematic way. A fast way to workshop this vision as a team is by formulating the objective, user needs, context, and key metrics. Next, we considered the pros and cons of various ideas, decided on the best path to take, and made note of hypotheses we wanted to validate along the way.

It also ensured our initiatives continuously resulted in a positive impact. In this process, I led the team, reported to the CEO, and bore final responsibility.
