Branding
I successfully led the Zoover rebranding, accomplishing budget savings of 59%. Our user research showed that the new brand emphasizes Zoover’s values in a recognizable way.
Strategy
As a catalyst for change, I helped the business grow in Corporate UX maturity. To attain this goal, I developed a strategy based on research into the original situation and outlined actionable steps and timelines to realize the desired growth in UX maturity. To this end, I used a custom maturity model which has delivered double-digit growth.
Whiteboard Challenges
As a design lead, I worked with my team to develop a holistic vision to work toward in a systematic way. A fast way to workshop this vision as a team is by formulating the objective, user needs, context, and key metrics. Next, we considered the pros and cons of various ideas, decided on the best path to take, and made note of hypotheses we wanted to validate along the way.
Process Management
As a lead, it was my responsibility to add value for our users as effectively as possible. By mapping out the entire process, we were able to responsibly implement structural improvements. We validated queries and ideas on a small scale to get ahead more quickly. That allowed us to learn faster, cut down on costs, and shorten the time to market.
UX Metrics
I worked with UX researchers, web analysts, and data scientists to develop the metrics we needed to accurately measure progress using dashboards and targets, so we could support our choices with data. It also ensured our initiatives continuously resulted in a positive impact. In this process, I led the team, reported to the CEO, and bore final responsibility.
